A true paradise for hikers in the heart of Stelvio National Park<\/strong><\/p>\n

A rich choice of hiking trails branch off from the Stelvio Pass: some head eastwards, towards the glaciers of the Ortles-Cevedale group, others head westwards, towards the peaks of Switzerland; still others lead toward Bormio through the Braulio valley and the ridge of Rims.<\/p>\n

In addition to the many naturalistic routes, along which you can observe how flora and fauna have adapted to high altitudes, the surroundings of Stelvio offer various other hiking possibilities: there are trails that follow the traces of the Great War (which was fought in this area), and scientific and educational trails that, for example, lead to the foot of the glaciers, where you can witness the effects of climate change.<\/p>\n

The many trails that can be reached from the Pass have different lengths and gradients. They offer all that a lover of nature and history can wish for from an excursion … you will be spoiled for choice!<\/p>\n
