CHECK IN Saturday or Sunday from 3.30PM to 6.30PM
CHECK OUT Saturday or Sunday before 9.30AM
Arrivals after 6.30PM: please let us know in advance by calling the number (+39) 338 3749438
- Weekly rates include: electricity, water, heating, final cleaning, towels, parking for 1 car per apartment;
- Not included: daily tourist tax of €1.80, payable on site, applicable for up to 7 days (exclusive of all minors up to their 12th birthday);
- Pets: we welcome small/medium pets upon previous communication at the time of booking. Daily extra € 10.00 per day for a maximum of 7 days.

Lease conditions
Special “Ski Experience” 2026
From (under construction), guest of our apartments will have the opportunity to take advantage of the ski school services organized by the Pirovano Ski University at the Stelvio Pass, a renowned ski resort. summer reachable in about thirty minutes by car from Bormio.
Individual participation fee
- 6 days package € including 6 days group ski school, 6 days skipass, n. 2 lunches at the restaurant of the Hotel Quarto Pirovano, video with technical commentary by the teaching staff, award ceremony.
- 5 days package € including 5 days group ski school, 5 days skipass, n. 2 lunches at the restaurant of the Hotel Quarto Pirovano, video with technical commentary by the teaching staff, award ceremony.
