Stelvio Skiarea for summer and autumn skiing

The Stelvio ski area includes 20 kilometres (12 miles) of slopes for any skill level, over 700m (2300 feet) of altitude. It is one of the most important locations in the Alps for summer skiing.

It is open every day, from the end of May to the beginning of November. It is renowned all over Europe for offering summer skiing with 100% natural snow.

On the slopes “Nagler”, “Cristallo” and “Payer” it is not unusual to find oneself next to athletes of national and international reputation, who come here to train for the Wold Cup. Among the many champions who have come here are, for example, Gustav Thöni, Deborah Compagnoni, Alberto Tomba, Federica Goggia, Giorgio Rocca, Manuela Di Centa, Stefania Belmondo, Federica Moioli, Manfred and Manuela Mölgg, Ole Einar Bjorndalen and many others!

There are 4 ski lifts and 2 cable cars, serving several slopes used by professional and non-professional skiers alike: for training or just for fun, skiing on a glacier in the summer is a unique experience!

Every lift is owned by Bormio S.I.F.A.S., which provides qualified staff and very modern Prinoth-Leitner snow cats that prepare the sloped daily.
