Before booking, consult these documents:
The online booking system provides information in real time about the accommodation rates and room/apartments availability, and allows you to book and pay the deposit.
For hotel accommodation, the deposit (30% the amount of chosen hotel arrangement) will be refunded in full if you cancel your booking up to 48 hour in advance (i.e., before the beginning of your visit). It will not be refunded if you cancel after this time, or if you do not come to the hotel (barring proven exceptional circumstances).
In case of unmotivated delayed arrival at the hotel or early departure, we will charge for the non-used days, up to maximum three days (room cost only), whereas the ski and ski pass will be charged in full.
If you want to change your booking, regardless of the notice time, the deposit will be used for the new booking, provided the latter is for the same season, at least of the same number of days, and for the same number of people.
